Description:
We are running a cubs virtual Easter camp over the weekend Friday 16th April to Sunday 18th April which is the last weekend of the school holiday break.
As we cannot yet run a proper camp, cubs taking part will be required to sleep on Friday and Saturday night somewhere other than their normal bed. This can be in a tent in the garden, garden shed or summer house or indoors in a makeshift den (under the dining table comes to mind). Each night will count towards the nights away staged activity badge.
On the Saturday, 17th April, we will run a series of outdoor activities and games in the local forest area and on the green opposite the church. The morning will include den building in the forest and the afternoon will include wide games on the green. The activities will cover a number of challenge badges.
We will meet on the green opposite the church at 10:00am and return there for collection at 3:00PM.
Cubs will need to bring a packed lunch.
