Dear Parents
As advised earlier this week, we have 23 tickets (all near the front) for the Saturday 12th January 2019 4.30pm performance of Treasure Island at the Hawkey Hall, Woodford. We do not know the exact finishing time but performances are usually about 2 hrs.
Each year we take a group of Beavers to the panto and it is always great fun and a couple of our Beavers are usually asked to go on stage if they wish.
Please reply to this invitation to let us know if your child would like a ticket. Payment to be made by 31/10/18 to confirm a ticket. Payment will not be refundable unless we can get someone else to take the ticket.
There may be an opportunity for parents and others to attend if we have spare places but we will let you know about that nearer the time.
Payment of £13.50 per ticket should be made by end October to
