Dear parents
As discussed with our Scouts last Monday, our Scouts will be raising money during All Saint’s Autumn Fair by cooking and selling pancakes and hot dogs. We have asked Scouts to help for all or part of the time. This will count towards the community service section of the World Challenge Badge and Possibly either, the "your" challenge section or leader challenge section of the Personal Challenge Badge.
We ask that the Scouts will volunteer to help either in the morning, afternoon or even all day!
Morning 10.00 to 12.00
Afternoon 12.00 to 2.00
We hope that [FIRST_NAME] will be able to take part, please will you respond to the invitation in MyScout and indicate yes or no to both the 2 time periods (you can say yes to both to help all day) to let us know which session your scout would like help.
We hope parents and families of all Scouts will try to visit the event which is raising money for various charities.
