Hi All
We have again the opportunity to take part in a weekend afloat on Thermopylae a 60" Clipper in or around the Solent, in June (2021). I have just moved the date again, (third time) DSP have confirmed the booking subject to Covid and Scout Association rules but it does look at this stage promising enough to be hopeful that this time the event can take place!
A brilliant opportunity to experience a weekend sailing in a large ocean-going yacht!
This is a professionally crewed boat, staffed by fully qualified (Scouting and RYA commercial Royal Yacht Association qualifications) skippers.
We will take two 36th leaders.
We can offer only nine places on Thermopylae Clipper
The cost will be around £140 per person which would include berth fee, food, use of suitable waterproofs, moorings and fuel, as well as transport on the scout minibus, the only additional cost would be personal spending money. This reflects a special price...
