Cubs Indoor Weekend Winter Camp
Thriftwood, 25th To 27th November 2022
Dear Cub Parents
We have planned a Cub Indoor Weekend Winter Camp, 25th to 27th November 2022, at Thriftwood Scout Campsite, Orchard Avenue, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 2DP. We will be staying in Oak Lodge, a centrally heated, purpose-built building with 6 and 4 bed dormitories, hall, large kitchen, showers and toilets.

During the weekend various activities will take place, both indoors and outdoors. We usually cover quite a lot of badge work and run outdoor activities such as cave bus, crate stacking and shelter/den building. Indoors, the cubs’ creative skills are challenged with creative activities and games. This is a great opportunity for Cubs to experience challenging activities in a safe environment.
