Teamwork and team leadership are important aspects of Scouting. Our members are split up into teams, with a designated leader. We run a competition each term to recognise their collective achievements.
Team members may gain reward points for good behaviour, timekeeping, uniform tidiness, performing well in games, competitions and other activities.
