What do Squirrel Scouts wear?

  • Official red Squirrel sweatshirt*
  • Plain navy blue joggers / shorts
    OR Scout activity trousers* / shorts*
  • 36th EFS navy blue t-shirt - £6 (available at meetings from leaders)
  • Squirrel scarf and woggle (presented by the Group at investiture)

Why is uniform important?

Wearing a uniform is comfy and practical. It means you can run around and get messy without ruining your other clothes. It makes you feel part of a team. It means no one feels uncomfortable or left out. And it gives you a place to show off all the brilliant badges you earn.


Where can I buy it?

Uniform can be bought from www.scout-and-guide-shop.co.uk. You can ask the leader for more information on what to buy.

Alternatively, uniform can be purchased locally from the Redbridge District Scout shop at: Hargreaves Scout Campsite, Hainault Road, Romford RM6 5SR.  Opening times are: Fridays – 7.00 till 9.30 PM and Saturdays – 2.30 till 5.00 PM
